Denver Nuggets at Utah Jazz: Game 6

2010 Playoffs: Western Conference Round 1, Game 6
vs
104 - 112
Series: Jazz win 4-2

Tip off: 8:00 Pm, Energy Solutions Arena, Salt Lake City, UT

The Jazz win the series and move on to face the Lakers in the second round. You're going to get alot of pictures and crap for this one. Jazz win!!

The Jazz needed a huddle in the fourth quarter. To the Nuggets credit, they fought, and they fought all game until about 2 minutes left and the Jazz had the game in the bag. I think the Jazz showed what they have by beating this Nuggets team. Yeah buddy all around.

What a crazy nuts emotional game to be at. This crowd was not quiet the entire game. Whether it was cheering or feeling nervous that the Nuggets were in the game... it was noisy. You could feel so much emotion in the arena. From the end of the second quarter all the way til the Jazz finally pulled away in the end, this crowd was nervous. It was obvious until it we could finally bust out of that nervous feeling when the Jazz went up double digits and Deron had the ball with about 3 minutes to go.

Deron's people of Utah.

Jerry is the man. Just thought you should know.

I kill you.

If you check out my blog much, you know i have this thing about Boozer and his crazy big ol mouth. Boozer so far this playoffs and during the season has been better than ever before. When Boozer plays with this kind of emotion and shows it, this Jazz team is so much better. Do this against LA Boozer. There were seriously about 10 different pictures of Boozer from this game with his yelling going on. Thats what i like.

Ronnie Price had to play more minutes with Deron in some foul trouble. He did everything he could. Here he was jumping on the floor for a loose ball with Lawson down on top of him.
So i've got a recap video coming up but you won't see a couple plays on there. If you watched the game you probably remember them though. It was one from Price and one from Korver. Both shot up 3's from a few feet behind the 3 line, both made them. When Price put his up i couldn't believe he shot that with the man right on him. It pulled the Jazz out to a 13 point lead where i hoped they'd be able to blow the game out. Denver didn't let that happen. Korvers was a little less guarded and it came when the game was back and forth i think in the third.
Thank you Korver for making a few of your shots. We really needed it.

And this was a long game. It seemed to take forever. They called a butt load of fouls. Even with that 8 instead of 8:30 start, it still lasted til about as late. Sorry Paul.

Oh and no forgetting Millsap. If it were not for him in the 4th, the Jazz might not have won this game. Yeah buddy.

Like Deron says... "third time's the charm."

Lets send the Lakers home this year.

Allston liked these. It quickly found other things (people) to hit with them.

It wasn't me that was complaining about it being late, it was Eliza. She has a hard time staying awake. I would watch the Jazz even if it started at like 3 am. I'm jealous that you guys get to go to all these games. The only way I could is if the Hawks and the Jazz made it to the finals, but that will probably not happen. Or if I had a ton of money or a private jet or something.

I do remember Eliza saying she couldn't stay awake. One day you'll have that private jet dude
