Raptors win 8-5 vs Voyagers

Got to go to a game again finally. Possibly the last Raptors game we'll be able to go to this season. Its the last month of the season and with my work schedule this month there's not alot of home games we can go to. The playoffs are in the middle of September so we might get to go to a game then.

The Raptors scored their 8 runs all in a few innings. 3-5, and it was enough to get them the win. Most of the runs scored by both teams were off home runs. I think there were 5 or 6 home runs in the game and a bunch were 2 run homers.

I hope the Raptors can win the Pioneer League championship this year. They haven't won it yet. The stupid Owlz have won it four times and won it last year. The Raptors haven't been as good during the second half as they were in the first half, but they won the first half for the South division (the Owlz are in their division) and right now the Owlz are half a game ahead of them for the second half. It looks like they might end up playing the Owlz for the first round of the playoffs. There are just two divisions so if you win the first round, you go to the championship series. It looks like they do just a best of 3 games series to determine the winner of the division series and the championship series.

Its been pretty fun getting into the Pioneer League more this year and figure out how it works. There's only 8 teams, but its really pretty cool and the games are pretty fun too. Allston and I like the Raptors.
