Weekly NBA Ratings

Not much has changed since last ratings. Lakers back up at the top of the West. Mavericks dropped down to 6, and Spurs made a jump up to 4. The top 3 in the East are really spread out but the middle of the East playoffs are shuffling around a bit.
I think the 8 playoff teams for the West are pretty much set. The East is down to 9 teams for 8 spots. It looks like it will be between the Raptors and Bulls and i have the Bulls coming out in the final spot in the East. Check out how i came up with these here numbers.
