The Bears lost.... but i think i want to start out with some positive... won't take too long. Hester finally broke loose to return a punt for a touchdown. It was good to see him do it again. He's the best in the game all-time, but has just not had that burst lately. He did have two returns in one game that were just one miss away from going the distance, but overall has not looked the same as he has in the past. Maybe he's just getting older and doesn't have what he used to, but its good to see him do it again.
Ok... now for a bad... Cutler is out again. For a month at least. He got his groin hurt, it was not really good to see. In the past, the Bears have not played well when Cutler got hurt, so this was really bad to see. That said, Josh McCown did a pretty good job after Cutler was hurt. McCown kept the Offense going and was pretty good. So i'm not panicked... but i think we'll have to see some more from the guy. It was just one game... against the Redskins.
About the game... The Bears failed to disappoint on an exciting game that went down to the end. This time they were just on the losing end. It was an exciting game to watch. Even though the Bears are not perfect, they have been much more exciting to watch this year than they have other years.
